A Tale of Two

Posted by Donna on Sep 25, '08 3:21 PM for everyone

This is a simple story of an ordinary child

Lost in this world so wide

This is a story of a simple girl,

With her hair going ‘curl-curl-curl’

She met a simple boy named Kay

In the sun at a beautiful bay

They smiled and together they played

For a thousand wishes together they prayed

But the simple girl didn’t realize

That Kay slowly faded away

Nothing made her emphasize

And nothing told her to find a way

They tend to share a heart

But they started to part

He tried to hide the tears

And he tried to hide his fears

He said, “Everything started to end…

Since I walked out the door

I don’t want to lose my simple friend,

I hope everyone can hear my heart roar…”

So the girl heard that roar

And she started to cry

She told herself, “Ah how poor,

Those tears… oh I’m so dry…“

So they searched for each other

To everywhere the wind blew

They went further and further

Until they are pale and blue

They kept searching

For the girl, for Kay

Time kept running

And they remembered the bay

Without time to spare

They quickly ran to the bay

Hoping the searched is there,

Hoping they’ll reunite and again, play

And so they both met

The rain didn’t bother

And so they regret

Losing each other
